Slowly Stamp
Fastelavn
Slå katten af tønden
This Danish tradition celebrates the arrival of spring with a unique game where participants hit a barrel filled with candy or treats. Historically, a black cat was placed inside the barrel to ward off evil spirits. Today, it's a fun activity for children, similar to "hitting the piñata." Participants often wear costumes, adding a festive carnival atmosphere.
